Please Read Before Calling:
You can purchase portraits at a 10% discount from poses previously ordered for sessions prior to 2018 by phone using a credit card. The order must be paid in advance. Once order is taken, order is not changeable and fees paid are not refundable. Although we have retained 30 years of portrait files, we cannot guarantee that we will have your file available.
To order from poses not previously ordered, please call to schedule a time to review images and place your order. There is a minimum prepaid order of one 8x10 at a cost of $225 (plus tax). Once the minimum fee has been paid, studio will research and locate your file. This fee will apply toward your order. If we no longer have your file, the fee will be refunded. Although we have retained 30 years of portrait files, we cannot guarantee that we will have your file available.
Once placed your order is not changeable. Client gives studio permission to use judgment in retouching and artwork, in cutting or cropping images, and on color and density of finished portraits. Highlights and shadows on poses will be as shown on proofs. When investing in a canvas art piece, canvas portrait threads appear different in every art piece; some threads will be stronger in appearance than others and may show as lines in portrait. Jon's canvas portraits are printed using the finest archival pigmented ink processes. Tone & color may change between poses.
Thanks to new technology, improved artistic procedures, and the nature of creating portrait art in general, your new portraits will not match your previous portraits exactly in color, contrast, saturation, and artwork.
